This unit is located right in the heart of the Park City Mountain resort next to a couple restaurants, coffee shops and rentals. You will have instant access to everything you need and have no excuse to miss first tracks, if you want them! Main Street and all of its vibe is 10 minutes walk away or an easy hop onto the bus that stops just outside. Enjoy a coffee on the deck overlooking the bustle of the resort, or get a top notch breakfast at my favorite coffee shop just a few yards away. Dinner at Baja Cantina is a step away if you are too tired after the day's activity to go any further!
The apartment has a private entrance with key code that leads to a convenient mud room to leave all your gear. The two rooms are entered by separate locked doors, that can be left open or closed as you wish. The main studio, has a compact kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals at any time of the day (four burner stove and microwave but no oven). There is a queen size murphy bed that folds away to provide plenty of space in the living area, where you can chill by the instant gas fire. The newly remodeled bathroom is private and has a separate vanity area, also with a privacy lock. In the second room, there is a king size bed with a twin sleeper sofa as well as a second full bathroom, also remodeled in Sept 2021. Both rooms have their own private balcony and cable TV's. The rooms are newly furnished with a sleek, modern hotel style. Fast, reliable internet as well as a pool and gym on site are available at all times.
This is really the best location in town for both summer and winter.
About the OwnerMy name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that excels in renting luxury vacation properties in ski towns. Being small ensures that we maintain an attentive service for both our guests and clients. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00 % (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 61 days before arrival; No refunds within 61 days of arrival.-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking
-This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 9pm and 7 am.
-A $150 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released 7 days from departure.
- Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry!
-No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
-Under normal circumstances, pool and gym are open all year round, however with recent health situation, please check for latest updates.
