You’ll love my place because of the location and the outdoors space. It is good for families (with kids) and big groups in both summer and winter alike.
In the heart of the Red Pine Condo complex, this is a hidden gem that was entirely renovated in summer 2016. The house now sports a contemporary mountain style that is comfortable and functional and will bring a touch of luxury to your trip to Park City. It is perfect for an extended or multi family vacation. The main floor of the condo is wide open, with a well stocked kitchen area, plenty of windows and a large family style dining table running through the middle. The kitchen / dining area opens straight into the living area, which is light and airy, with vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fire and views of the ski mountains right outside. There are two master suites, one downstairs and one upstairs, (king bed, full en-suite bathroom), the one upstairs with additional twin bunk beds. In addition on the downstairs level, there is a downstairs bunk room (two queen beds with twin XL bunks on top and ensuite bathroom) and another on the main level, with built in double bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. Finally there is a bonus room with a sofa and TV . All in all, there are beds for 16 people max. (No more than 13 adults)
New mini-split air conditioning was installed in the fall of 2021, with three separate heads, one on each level. This should keep the house cool and fresh even in the hottest months.
There is parking for two cars (3 at a push if a couple are small) although a car is not an essential. Additional parking may be found nearby. You are so close to the Canyons Village that walking is possibly easier or you can call the free community shuttle. The local bus goes right past, every 30 minutes.
The condo is beautifully private, with a small deck that leads out to a common grassy (or snowy!) area where you can relax and kids can play in total safety, both in summer and winter.
POOL: There is a great pool complex, open in the winter, from Thanksgiving till the end of ski season and again from Memorial day to Labor Day in the summer. It has three outdoor pools and hot tubs and several tennis courts in the summer. Please check for pool opening times in spring and fall. Guests are responsible for following all posted rules. (Pool pass allows up to 10 guests to use facilities at any one time. NO ALCOHOL OR GLASS ALLOWED IN POOL COMPLEX. HOA will confiscate pass for up to 60 days for violations, no exceptions. If Pool pass confiscated by HOA a fine of $100 per day of confiscation will be applied to the guest.)
Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the unit when you arrive in Park City, and enjoy. The condo is located a couple of hundred yards from Park City Canyons Village base area, where skiing takes off from and the social scene is happening all the time! This makes it perfectly situated for the most convenient skiing! Situated in a quiet complex, with great outdoor gardens and pool / tennis complex, it would be forgivable never to leave to see what else Park City has to offer. But you must! Park City is a treasure trove of activities, action packed, artistic and luxurious - there will be plenty to keep adults and children busy for days if not weeks!
The public transit system in Park City is wonderful and goes all around town. I will share lots of details with you upon booking, but the closest stop is about 50 yds away, with busses running twice per hour in both directions.
This condo is not quite ski in ski out, but as pretty much as close as it comes in Park City. You do not need a car or public transport to get to and from the condo to the slopes. It is 1/4 mile walk or you can call the free community shuttle.

I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking-This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am.
A $150 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file 2 days before arrival. and released 7 days from departure.
- Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry!
-No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
