The amazing condo has been completely refurbished for 2023 and is situated on the second floor of the sought after 'Lodge at Mountain Village' with elevators to the covered private parking, the plaza and the skiing / summer activities. Inside, there are 2 private bedrooms with a king bed and ensuite bathroom in the large master and a built in queen with Twin XL bunk in the second bedroom. The living area has a 2 twin XL murphy beds and a great quality queen sofa bed with a new mattress. In total there are beds for 9. The brand new kitchens offers space to cater in, or fix lunch when you pop in from the slopes, it is that convenient! The large living room has a cozy sofa to gather around the fire as well as a beautiful dining table. With all new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, beds, modern lighting etc etc (complete re-model) in a mountain modern style as well as high quality, tasteful linens, this condo is a priceless opportunity for your visit to Park City. In addition, it literally has the best mountain access to PC lifts!

Check in and out is super easy and independent and I will be as flexible as I can be depending on other bookings. I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me!
The Resort Center is the hub of Park City Mountain. The Lodge offers premium access to everything available. Steps from the shops, ticket office, ski school, lift and more. Bus Transit hub is right there, providing easy access to everything Park City has to offer.

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit.
-A $700 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure.
-This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am.
- Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry!
-No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
-Please check for Pool opening times in Spring and Fall.
