Ski in Ski out at Park City Mountain. Fantastic, large 2 bed condo, sleeps 8. Steps from all the activities: ski school, tickets, shops, skating, restaurants & bars...

The condo is situated on the second floor of 'The Lodge at Mountain Village' with elevators to the covered private parking, the plaza and the skiing / summer activities. Inside, there are 2 distinct bedrooms with a king bed in the large master and two twin beds  in the second bedroom. The living area has a queen murphy bed and a good quality queen sofa bed with a new mattress. In total there are beds for 8. The condo is fully furnished with a ' modern mountain ' style and quality cotton linens and towels.

Pool, Hot Tub, gym, elevator, resort parking too - all free.
Steps to skiing, ice skating, restaurants & shops

Check in and out is super easy and independent and I will be as flexible as I can be depending on other bookings. I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me!

The Resort Center is the hub of Park City Mountain. The lodge offers premium access to everything available. Steps from the shops, ticket office, ski school, lift and more. Bus Transit hub is right there, providing easy access to everything Park City has to offer.

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00 % (less $200.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 61 days before arrival; No refunds within 61 days of arrival.

-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking
-This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am.
-A $150 security deposit hold will be placed on the guest's card the day before arrival and released 7 days from departure.
-Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry!
-No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
-Please check for Pool opening times in Spring and Fall.
