Once in the house, the stunning living area has a cozy gas fire, beautiful dining area and fully functioning high end kitchen. The master bedrooms are upstairs, with a king suite and a queen suite, both offering large ensuite bathrooms and dressing areas. Both have access to external decks, great for morning coffee or stargazing at night! Also on the upper floor is a large capacity washer and drier. The third bedroom, situated on the main floor, has double bunks and another beautiful ensuite bathroom. For additional options there is a high quality sofa bed in the living room.
The pool complex is one of the best in the area, and open all year. Sporting a 25 yard, heated, salt water pool, large hot tub, fire pit and fitness center which includes a sauna and changing rooms you will soon see why.

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that aims to excel in renting luxury vacation properties in ski towns. Being small ensures that we maintain an attentive service for both our guests and clients. Check out the web page for more about me and what I can offer. I am also a ski instructor at Park City - let me know if you need some help to get you going once you are here!! I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $1000 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 9pm and 7am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law) -All outer footwear MUST be removed on entry to the home. -No street parking at any time
