Kimball Junction is 4 miles from Park City's historic Main Street, Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Village and just 2 miles from Park City's Canyons Village. The free public transport system will get you anywhere within the city limits in just a few minutes.

The condo is in a small residential neighborhood backing onto a bustling shopping district, with several great restaurants, cafes and bars all within walking distance. The views over the Swanner Preserve are an added bonus. Tastefully decorated, you are sure to be delighted with this as a base for all your Park City adventure.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $300 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
