Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $300 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
