Rustic family home on three levels with large welcoming great room. Gather round the roaring fire for a taste of a traditional Park City that is all but lost in today's modern world. The top floor hosts the master suite, with a kingsize bed and large double shower. Enjoy the private balcony with views onto the ski hill and the Silver Star Chairlift. The walkout basement has 2 further bedrooms and common 'den' space with cable TV, private hot tub and family games. Retaining many period features and photos, this large chalet is simply and tastefully decorated, offering both amazing space and location. The new beds, sofas, hot tub and modern plumbing ensure a safe and comfortable stay.
The entire chalet is available for use by guests. 3 floors, 2 private balcony's, shared walkway, shared garage and drive way with space for two cars max.
Check in and out is super easy and independent. I will be as flexible as I can be depending on other bookings. I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me!
The Temptation condos are a well kept secret in Park City. Primarily a residential complex, within short walking distance to the base of the Silver Star ski lift area these log chalets are nestled into the side of the mountain. The condo is about 100m walk from the lift (accessible for skiers able to ski blue terrain). The Silver Star cafe and gear shop are also right there and wonderful venues for breakfast, lunch or après ski. In fact it is one of the few places I have found to serve a mulled wine on the menu! What better way to end the afternoon! Alternatively, the shuttle to the mountain runs frequently and stops about 100yds from the condo. Getting to the resort base takes a couple of minutes. Here you will find all the resort activities; ski school, skating rink etc, etc.
The shuttle bus stop is steps away providing easy access to everything Park City has to offer. The bus service is free and regular. If you choose to bring a car, there is one spot in the covered garage and one spot in the driveway. There is no street parking for additional vehicles.

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. Master Bathroom Suite: On the top floor of the house, this large master bedroom has a kingsize bed, ensuite shower room with walk in double shower, and a private balcony that looks up to the mountains and ski runs that lead to the Silver Star base area. In the walkout basement, there are an additional two bedrooms that share a bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. There is also a queen size sofa bed with memory foam mattress and an two additional twin size day beds. |

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $700 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. - Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law) - This is a period home. Please respect the nature of it and treat with respect.
