This lower Deer Valley condo has a tastefully decorated interior with rustic charm throughout and amazing mountain views from every window!
Located on the 3rd floor of the Red Stag Lodge and within a SHORT walking distance of the Deer Valley Resort Snow Park Lodge and ski lifts, it is comfortably furnished with 2 king-sized bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms to sleep up to 6 guests.
Amenities include full en suite bathrooms for both bedrooms (plus one extra), a dedicated desk area in one of the master bedrooms, 3 flat screen TV's, a generous sized living room with a cozy gas fireplace and a queen size sleeper sofa as well as separate dining area. There are 2 separate private balconies where you can soak in the view whilst enjoying morning coffee / après activity drinks. One hosts the private hot tub - a great spot to soak under the stars, or even listen in to the Deer Valley Summer concerts. Free wifi/internet service is available throughout the building. The building has an elevator that accesses the condo from the heated parking garage, as well as all the various building amenities: large laundry room, workout room, and games room with pool table. (please do note that the garage has a max height of 6'9" inches so fits a large SUV without a roof box, but not a van)
This neighborhood is truly a gem, with endless entertainment options and outdoor activities all just steps away from the front door of the Red Stag Lodge #302. Park City Ski Resort and Historic Main Street are both a 5 minute drive or free bus ride away. This spacious condo has all the amenities needed for a truly special stay any time of year.

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that prides itself in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, in both summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. - Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
