Relax in the large, comfy great room with beautiful vaulted ceilings and cozy gas fire, and soak in the views of the Deer Valley Resort or take a short walk to enjoy the amenities - summer and winter; dining, skiing, mountain-biking, concerts... It's all within 300yds. With a Kingsize bed and cozy nook (queen sleeper) in the master suite and a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, 2.5 baths and a cute deck, this fully renovated condo is positively palatial for 6 people.
Across the street from the condo, the free Deer Valley shuttle runs continuously throughout the day and will shuttle you to and from the base lodge should the walk seem less than appealing. Deer Valley also provides free ski valet, so after the first day, you can simply leave your skis in the afternoon and collect them in the morning when you are ready to go. It couldn't be easier!
There are two living areas in this newly extended condo. Both have an instant gas fireplace to ensure a cozy feel from the moment you step in. The full kitchen has plenty of room for the gourmet in your group. Pamper yourself with a king bed in the Master Bedroom and a queen in the newly built second bedroom. It is new and luxurious! Not to mention that the floor to ceiling windows give you a full view of the ski runs - what a great way to start the day.
Modern front loading washer and dryer in the unit provide the ultimate convenience that many would refuse to be without .
Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge provides over night ski storage ~ the access to the slopes could not be easier.
I live here full time in Park City and so am able to answer questions as they arise, before and throughout your trip, although I will leave you to enjoy your vacation if I don't hear from you!! I will also provide you with a wealth of info when you book with discounts for ski rentals, and après ski ideas.
Check- in is remote so no need to collect keys during working hours.
This neighborhood is truly a gem. The condo provides a beautiful spot with privacy and mountain views that are amazing in both summer and winter. It is steps from the Deer Valley Ski Resort, yet less than a mile from park City Main Street. In the summer, you can access 00's miles of trails from right outside the door. There is a beautiful lake area across the road from condo and the Deer Valley Cafe, situated 100yds away is a renowned for a casual breakfast, coffee or lunch.
Park City's free city shuttle also stops right in front of the condo building and takes you to Main Street as well as other spots around town including Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons. This gives you an easy way to enjoy all of the ski resorts at Park City. If you chose to bring a car, there is reserved, free underground parking - very convenient. (please do note that the garage has a max height of 74 inches so fits a large SUV without a roof box, but not a van)

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that prides itself in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. Being small ensures that we maintain an attentive service for both our guests and clients. Check out the web page for more about me and what I can offer. I am also a ski instructor at Park City - let me know if you need some help to get you going once you are here!! I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. - Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
