The condo has a private garage where you can leave your gear, before entering into the tastefully decorated space. There is a comfy sofa and comfy chair where you can gather to play games around the cozy gas fire, or catch a movie / keep up with the days sports on the large TV. In addition, the farmhouse style dining table will become a favorite central point, conveniently next to the kitchen, so no-one is ever left out! Just outside the french doors, is a cute private yard, with hot tub to enjoy.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The master is a king, with ensuite bathroom (shower and separate jetted tub) as well as separate double vanity. - lots of space for everyone to get ready! The master also opens onto a cute balcony from where you can sit and appreciate the mountains, morning, noon and night. In addition, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed. Bedroom 3 has custom built bunks, with a queen on the bottom and twin XL on top. Easily sturdy enough for 3 adults.
ParkView is located right behind the Park City Peaks Hotel. With great restaurants / bars, grocery store, liquor store and more all within a 5 minute walk, this condo is not to be missed. The free local bus stops about 200m away, and goes all around town within minutes (PC Mountain 15 mins including walk). This is a superbe townhouse within a couple of miles of everything that Park City has to offer and on the free city bus route.
Recently updated to offer a contemporary mountain-causal style, with granite and tile finishes. Entering the condo you walk into a cozy communal area with sofas around a cozy gas, a dining table and kitchen with bar. The perfect place to relax and gather at the end of your day. Alternatively, the hot tub sits right outside in the private back yard and allows you to unwind whilst watching the mountains and stars above. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master suite with a king bed, separate shower and vanity area, and private deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The final bedroom has a custom built bunk, with a queen bed and twin XL on top, plenty sturdy enough for three adults if necessary.
The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the garage and additional parking space t(hat will accommodate two mid to large cars but not vans), and the private hot tub and garden.
Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the house when you arrive in Park City, and enjoy. This is a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood. In less than a mile you will find great places to eat and exercise as well as many of Park City's famous outdoor trails.
On the Park City free bus route. The condo is situated about 200yds from the bus stop, with free busses running several times an hour, all year, and more during the busy seasons.
The house has direct access onto the hiking and biking trails, providing easy walking or biking access to Main Street, restaurants and shopping.
This house is situated a couple of miles from the Main Street on Park City and the ski resorts, and a few hundred yards from the bus stop for the free city bus that runs every 20 mins. This will take you to the base of either resort in around 15 minutes (including walking) as well as to the main street for acres ski, shopping or dining.

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
