This spacious, 2811 sq. ft. townhome is perfectly designed for memorable gatherings of family and friends, comfortably accommodating eight adults across four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. "ParkView" is a treasured, quiet development nestled in the heart of Park City's busy center, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and get ready for the day's adventures.
The home features serene views overlooking the McLeod Creek to one side, and the majestic Park City ski area & Jupiter Peak to the other.
Central Gathering Spaces:
At the heart of the home, a large seating area with a roaring wood fire invites guests to gather at the end of the day to share stories, play games, or catch a movie/sports on the large TV mounted above the fireplace. The family-sized dining table, conveniently adjacent to the open-plan kitchen, ensures everyone stays connected. French doors open onto a large covered deck with a gas grill, table, and chairs, offering direct views and the soothing sound of the McLeod Creek below.
Luxurious Accommodations:
Upstairs, the master suite boasts a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a newly re-modeled ensuite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower, heated floor, and a heated towel rail, plus a separate double vanity. The master also opens onto a private balcony, perfect for appreciating the babbling creek. Bedroom 2 offers another king-size bed with a smart TV, and Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a desk. A second, beautifully remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared between these two rooms.
Bedroom 4 is located downstairs in the airy basement area, featuring a king bed, a cozy gas fireplace, a futon (suitable for a child), and its own full bathroom. This level is easily accessed via the private garage.
Prime Location & Amenities:
The location offers direct access to recreation and entertainment. A multi-use path runs right past the house, which in winter becomes a groomed trail for hiking, snowshoeing, or cross-country adventures. The property is located directly behind the Park City Peaks Hotel.
The free local bus stop is only about 200m away, providing easy access to the base of either ski resort in just 10 minutes, as well as Main Street for après ski, shopping, or dining.
Parking is convenient, with one side of the garage available for indoor parking or gear storage, plus space in the driveway for up to two additional vehicles.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $1500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
