Luxurious Accommodations:
Upstairs, the master suite boasts a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a newly re-modeled ensuite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower, heated floor, and a heated towel rail, plus a separate double vanity. The master also opens onto a private balcony, perfect for appreciating the babbling creek. Bedroom 2 offers another king-size bed with a smart TV, and Bedroom 3 has a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and a desk. A second, beautifully remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower is shared between these two rooms.
Bedroom 4 is located downstairs in the airy basement area, featuring a king bed, a cozy gas fireplace, a futon (suitable for a child), and its own full bathroom. This level is easily accessed via the private garage.
Prime Location & Amenities:
The location offers direct access to recreation and entertainment. A multi-use path runs right past the house, which in winter becomes a groomed trail for hiking, snowshoeing, or cross-country adventures. The property is located directly behind the Park City Peaks Hotel.
The free local bus stop is only about 200m away, providing easy access to the base of either ski resort in just 10 minutes, as well as Main Street for après ski, shopping, or dining.
Parking is convenient, with one side of the garage available for indoor parking or gear storage, plus space in the driveway for up to two additional vehicles.

My name is Susie Townshend, and in 2013 I founded Mountainside Treasures, a boutique property management company specializing in well-appointed vacation homes in ski towns. As a small company, we take pride in offering attentive, personalized service to both our guests and homeowners. I’m also a ski instructor in Park City, so if you’d like help getting started on the slopes during your stay, just let me know! Originally from the UK, I moved to the East Coast of the U.S. in 2005. After many wonderful years skiing with my four children at Jay Peak, Vermont, we visited Utah a few times and completely fell in love with it. In 2012, we made the move to Park City and have never looked back. We truly adore life here in both summer and winter. Utah is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, and I love sharing my family’s passion for the mountains with our guests. Whether you’re looking for recommendations on skiing, biking, hiking, dining, or local hidden gems, we’re always happy to help. We also love hearing our guests’ favorite discoveries and adventures. Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $1500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
