The living area features a comfy sectional and two deep chairs, perfect for gathering around the cozy gas fireplace to play games, enjoy a movie, or catch up on the day’s sports on the large smart TV. The family-sized dining table sits beside the open, fully stocked kitchen—with updated appliances—making it easy to cook, snack, and socialize without missing a moment.
Through the French doors, you’ll find a private fenced yard with your own hot tub, ready for après-ski or a relaxing summer evening.
Upstairs are three inviting bedrooms.
The primary suite features a stunning design, a king bed, gas fire, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a double vanity—plenty of space to get ready. It also opens to a charming balcony with mountain views from morning to night.
Bedroom 2 offers a second king bed and smart TV.
Bedroom 3 includes a comfortable queen bed.
The home sits in a quiet, primarily residential neighborhood. A multi-use path runs right past the house, and within half a mile you’ll find great dining, fitness options, and many of Park City’s famous outdoor trails. In both summer and winter, adventure awaits right out the door—the winter trail is even groomed for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
ParkView is located right behind the Park City Peaks Hotel. The free bus stop is just 200 meters away and provides easy access to both resort bases (about 10 minutes) and to Main Street for après-ski, shopping, and dining.

About the Owner
My name is Susie Townshend, and in 2013 I founded Mountainside Treasures, a boutique property management company specializing in well-appointed vacation homes in ski towns. As a small company, we take pride in offering attentive, personalized service to both our guests and homeowners. I’m also a ski instructor in Park City, so if you’d like help getting started on the slopes during your stay, just let me know! Originally from the UK, I moved to the East Coast of the U.S. in 2005. After many wonderful years skiing with my four children at Jay Peak, Vermont, we visited Utah a few times and completely fell in love with it. In 2012, we made the move to Park City and have never looked back. We truly adore life here in both summer and winter. Utah is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, and I love sharing my family’s passion for the mountains with our guests. Whether you’re looking for recommendations on skiing, biking, hiking, dining, or local hidden gems, we’re always happy to help. We also love hearing our guests’ favorite discoveries and adventures. Even after all these years, we’re still exploring and finding new places to enjoy in this incredible area.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $1500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
