This newly available 3 bedroom, 1186 sq. ft. townhome is not to be missed. One block from the Ski lifts (0.3m walk across the parking lot) and one block from the grocery store and less than a block from the bus stop, it is truly in the center of it all. Getting to Deer Valley, Main Street and Kimball Junction are all less than 10 minutes on the free bus network.
The townhome is on two levels, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master (king) bedroom and the queen bedroom (both with ensuite's) are on the ground floor / entrance level along with a useful mud room area for all the gear! Upstairs, is a good size kitchen, living room and third bedroom, with a separate, third bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need to be home away for home.
There is parking for one car in the large common area, covered garage. (Garage door is 83" high. NO oversize vehicles) This is a huge perk at Park City, where parking can be difficult, but really you do not need a car in this location. You can more easily walk where you need to go, anywhere within Park City, than drive and park!

After many wonderful years skiing with my four children at Jay Peak, Vermont, we visited Utah a few times and completely fell in love with it. In 2012, we made the move to Park City and have never looked back. We truly adore life here in both summer and winter. Utah is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts, and I love sharing my family’s passion for the mountains with our guests. Whether you’re looking for recommendations on skiing, biking, hiking, dining, or local hidden gems, we’re always happy to help. We also love hearing our guests’ favorite discoveries and adventures. Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $1500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law) -All outer footwear MUST be removed on entry to the home. -No street parking at any time
