My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. Cancellation Policy: Ninety-six percent (96.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. - Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building.
