Perfect for remote workers, couples or small families looking for an escape in the mountains, this oversized studio combines unbeatable location and affordability with great amenities, including heated indoor/outdoor pool access, hot tubs, fitness center, underground parking for 1 car, and free transit connections throughout Park City.
Check in and out is super easy and independent. I will be as flexible as I can be depending on other bookings. I live in Park City and am always around to answer questions, but I won't bother you if you don't need me!
The Resort Center is the hub of Park City Mountain. The Lodge at Mountain Village offers the most convenient access to everything available from the resort in both Summer and Winter. It is steps from the shops, ticket office, ski school, lifts and summer activities / trails. The bus transit hub is steps away providing easy access to everything Park City has to offer. The bus service is free and regular. If you choose to bring a car, there is heated underground parking (max height 6'8") with elevator access to the lifts however most guests find they simply don't need one. Save the money and get groceries delivered on day of arrival in order to make this the base for an effortless stay!

My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am also a ski instructor at Park City - let me know if you need some help to get you going once you are here!! I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $300 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. - Free underground parking for 1 vehicle (max height 6'8") - Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law) -Please check for Pool opening times in Spring and Fall.
