1 Bedroom • 1 Bathroom 1 Bath • Sleeps 1-4Cute 1 bed apartment in sought after Prospector area, central Park City, with clear views of the ski area. This older building has recently been painted and is bright and airy inside. The unit is freshly painted with a clean and simple mountain style and a newly re-modeled bathroom. Air conditioning in the summer is a huge bonus.
Offering excellent amenities, such summer access to the large outdoor pool as well as an indoor hot tub area all year round, this is a sought after spot for longer term, low cost rentals and vacationers alike. (please check on Spring / fall pool opening times) Free public transport is just outside, and it is close to everything.
With 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, this condo is perfect for a couple or young family. Air conditioning in the summer months is a big plus and not a standard amenity in Park City. The brand new pull out sofa is great for a couple of children or an adult. The kitchen is cozy and clean and well supplied with all the necessities (and more) to cook in or not, as you choose. The kitchen table will double as a desk if needed.
In the winter, getting to the mountain couldn't be easier, with busses stopping just outside the condo, and running several times an hour. This same bus takes you right to the heart of Park City Main Street for restaurants, bars and shopping, as well as to the nearest grocery store.
Guests have access to the entire apartment. They also have access to the common areas during the appropriate seasons: Pool, hot tub, communal meeting area, laundry.
Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the unit when you arrive in Park City, and enjoy.
I will be as flexible as I can be, regarding check-in and check-out, depending on other bookings.

This neighborhood is literally full of great places to eat, drink and enjoy Park City life. The property backs up to the Sheraton Hotel which has a nice patio and après ski happy hour scene with a bar and live music. Additionally with good Mexican food, Indian Food, Italian food, a burger bar, a great coffee / lunch spot and a sports bar within 150 yds (to name a few) , you won't be short of a place to eat at any time of the day. Across the road is also the highly acclaimed 'Freshies' seafood bar! There is a full gym (day pass required), a rail trail and infinite hiking and biking opportunities all within a few hundred yards. The bus network, as mentioned before, is accessed from right outside the condo and will take you all over Park City in a matter of minutes.
The local Park City transit system is free, extensive and regular. There is a bus stop right outside the condo that will connect you to anywhere in PC, or take you directly to the Park City and Deer Valley base areas as well as shopping and restaurants. The bus service is free and regular. If you do choose to bring a car, there is ample free parking right outside the condo.
Close to several eateries and shops, bus stops, rail-trail and several of Park City's awesome trailheads. It is a pleasant 0.5 mile walk to Main Street along the rail trail.

About the Owner
My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that excels in renting luxury vacation properties in ski towns. Being small ensures that we maintain an attentive service for both our guests and clients. Check out the web page for more about me and what I can offer. I am also a ski instructor at Park City - let me know if you need some help to get you going once you are here!! I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.Location
