Plenty of space to spread out (and get ready!) It is steps from the bus route and just a couple of minutes from everything, Park View is a treasured development of condo's nestled into Park City busy center, with views directly looking up to the Park City Ski Area and backing out onto the quiet McLeod Creek and trail.
The condo has a private garage for one car, where you can leave your gear before entering into the tastefully decorated space which was recently updated to offer a contemporary mountain-casual style. The space is light and airy and beautifully finished. The living room area has a comfy sectional sofa and a lovely dining table, where you can gather to play games and catch up after a day in the mountains. The living room area opens onto a wonderful, large, covered deck, looking across the McLoud Creek. The Open plan kitchen, has all the amenities you could wish for in your home away from home as well as a breakfast bar and small cafe style table, great for an additional work space, or cozy meal. In addition, there is a small cozy 'nook' by the fire, with a TV, where you can sit back and relax.
Upstairs, there are 2 good sized bedrooms both with king beds and a shared bathroom in between. One bedroom has a lovely deck, again looking out over the creek.
Downstairs, there is one more bedroom suite, with a king size bed, as well as a queen sleeper sofa and a cozy gas fire. This suite has an ensuite bathroom.
This is a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood. In less than a mile you will find great places to eat and exercise as well as many of Park City's famous outdoor trails. ParkView is located right behind the Park City Peaks Hotel. The free local bus stops about 200m away, and will take you to the base of either resort in 10 minutes as well as to the main street for après ski, shopping or dining.
The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the single car garage and additional street parking (if available).
Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the house when you arrive in Park City and enjoy. My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking and to provide a cc number for the file for Security deposit. -A $500 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days from departure. -This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am. -Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry! -No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
