Sleeping 7 adults with comfort, in three bedrooms and with 2.5 bathrooms, this condo is the perfect location for a larger or extended family gathering or gathering of friends/colleagues. Plenty of space to spread out (and get ready!) It is steps from the bus route and just a couple of minutes from everything, ParkView is a treasured development of condo's nestled into Park City busy center, with views directly looking up to the Park City Ski Area.
The condo has a private garage where you can leave your gear before entering into the tastefully decorated space which was recently updated to offer a contemporary mountain-casual style. There is a comfy sectional sofa and futon, where you can gather to play games around the cozy fire, or catch a movie / keep up with the days sports on the large TV. In addition, the family sized dining table will become a favorite central point, conveniently next to the open plan kitchen (with recently updated appliances), so no-one is ever left out! Just outside the french doors, is a small private yard, with your own hot tub to enjoy. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The master has a beautiful king bed, with ensuite bathroom (shower and separate soaking tub) as well as separate double vanity - lots of space for everyone to get ready! The master also opens onto a cute balcony from where you can sit and appreciate the mountains, morning, noon and night. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed whilst bedroom 3 has a queen with a twin XL on top. Easily sturdy / large enough for 3 adults.
This is a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood. In less than a mile you will find great places to eat and exercise as well as many of Park City's famous outdoor trails. ParkView is located right behind the Park City Peaks Hotel. The free shuttle bus stops less than 100m away, and will take you to the base of either resort in less than 10 minutes as well as to the main street for apres ski, shopping or dining.
The entire house is yours to enjoy, including the double garage, additional parking space, and the private hot tub and yard.
Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the house when you arrive in Park City and enjoy. My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00 % (less $150.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking
-This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am.
-A $150 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released 7 days from departure.
- Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry!
-No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building.
