Nestled into the base of Lower Deer Valley with 270 degree lake and mountain views, yet minutes from the Snow Park Lodge, this Queen Esther Townhome is a dream come true. With a private entrance and mud room it boasts 2 beautifully appointed master suites, a full kitchen and a stunning great room with cozy fire and views that you won't believe till you experience. You would be forgiven for wanting to spend all day enjoying the home, however access to skiing and Deer Valley activities couldn't be more convenient. The free city shuttle to Snow Park Lodge stops 400 yds away and runs several times an hour, taking a couple of minutes and dropping you right at the base of the lifts. Here you can valet your equipment for free, allowing for easy access to and from the house each day for everyone in the family, young and old.
The townhome is on 2 levels, with a private entrance either through the double garage, or the heated mudroom, where outdoor gear has a place to stay! Enter into the house and prepare to gasp at the stunning views from the Great Room and Den. Looking out over a private lake, surrounded by the Deer Valley mountains, you would be forgiven for forgetting you are in the heart of a resort.
Upstairs, there are two master suites, both with kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms and one with a private balcony that looks towards the ski runs and the other with a built in desk space that creates an instant home office if required. A washer dryer is conveniently located in the hall between the rooms.
Sitting just above the main great room area, is a cozy dining / work space, with seats for 4 and an extra couple seats when needed. The view from here would cause many workers to daydream, but will surely also be the site of many fun evening dinners and games nights too.
Finally, the heart of the condo is for sure the great room with the cozy, instant gas fire, amazing views and beautiful furnishings. Gather around for a meal / games with friends, or relax together, enjoying this wonderful space. The large sectional sofa folds out to provide a high quality queen sleeper sofa for a couple more weary heads.
The fully equipped, modern kitchen, with a breakfast bar and separate dining table, is large and functional and will easily cater for 6, ensuring that you never need to set foot out of the house, unless you want to!
The condo is situated 3/4 mile from the Snow Park Lodge and 1.5 miles from Park City's infamous Main Street. The free city shuttle bus runs frequently all around town and stops 400yds from the condo front door. The double garage ensures that if you do bring a vehicle, you have no parking woes, or powder day panics on discovery of a buried vehicle!

-This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am.
-A $150 security deposit hold will be placed on the guest's card the day before arrival and released 7 days from departure.
- Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry!
-No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
