With a Kingsize bed and a top quality Queen Sleeper Sofa in it's own private den area, a fully equipped kitchen, living room and renovated bathroom, this split level condo is positively spacious for 4 people.
Across the street from the condo in the main Deer Valley parking area, the free shuttle train runs continuously throughout the day and will take you to and from the base lodge should the walk seem less than appealing. Deer Valley also provides free ski valet, so after the first day, you can simply leave your skis in the afternoon and collect them in the morning when you are ready to go. It couldn't be easier!
The instant gas fireplace ensures a cozy feel from the moment you step into the condo. The full kitchen has plenty of room for the gourmet in your group. Pamper yourself with a king bed in the Master Bedroom. It is new and luxurious!
Modern front loading washer and dryer in the unit provide the ultimate convenience that many would refuse to be without .
Deer Valley's Snow Park Lodge provides over night ski storage ~ the access to the slopes could not be easier.
I live here full time in Park City and so am able to answer questions as they arise, before and throughout your trip, although I will leave you to enjoy your vacation if I don't hear from you!! I will also provide you with a wealth of info when you book with discounts for ski rentals, and après ski ideas.
Check- in is remote so no need to collect keys during working hours.
This neighborhood is truly a gem. The condo provides a beautiful spot with privacy and mountain views that are amazing in both summer and winter. It is steps from the Deer Valley Ski Resort, yet less than a mile from park City Main Street. In the summer, you can access 00's miles of trails from right outside the door. There is a beautiful lake area across the road from condo and the Deer Valley Cafe, situated 100yds away is a renowned for a casual breakfast, coffee or lunch.
Park City's free city bus also stops right in front of the condo building and takes you to Main Street as well as other spots around town, including Park City Mountain Resort and The Canyons. This gives you an easy way to enjoy all of the ski resorts at Park City. If you chose to bring a car, there is reserved, free underground parking - very convenient.
About the OwnerMy name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that prides itself in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100.00 % (less $150.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking
-This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am.
-A $150 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival. and released 7 days from departure.
- Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry!
-No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 ft of the building (Utah State Law)
