My name is Susie Townshend and I started my business, Mountainside Treasures, in 2013. It is a small property management company that takes pride in renting well appointed vacation properties in ski towns. I am British born and bred and moved to the east coast US in 2005. I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. We adore the life here, summer and winter. Utah is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts and I am delighted to be able to share some of my family's passion with our guests. We would love to give recommendations of favorite places to visit, places to ski, places to bike and hike. We'd love to hear your stories too. As relative newcomers to Park City we are always exploring and constantly enjoying the discovery of new places and things to see and do.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $200.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 61 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 61 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.-All renters will be required to sign the renter agreement, that will be emailed immediately after booking
-This is a small community and guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 10pm and 7 am.
-A $150 security deposit hold will be placed on the guest's card the day before arrival and released 7 days from departure.
- There is a mud room at the entrance. All outdoor footwear must be removed before entering the house.
- Absolutely no smoking within 20 ft of the property. Security deposit will be taken if this is violated.
- Absolutely no animals, not even small, friendly, non-shedding, well behaved. Sorry!
